RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every piece is printed to order, so our returns policy is built around getting defects fixed fast rather than general returns.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged, warped or with a print defect, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

Wrong item received

If we shipped the wrong product, colour or size, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement.

Change of mind

Because every product is printed specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for change of mind on standard products.

Custom prints

Custom STL/OBJ/3MF prints and personalised items are made to your exact specification and are non-returnable unless the print itself is defective.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
