At 3dcrafters, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D printed products and services using materials like PLA, ABS, TPU, and PETG, often customized to your needs and sometimes including assembled electronic components. This page outlines how we handle shipping for your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All our products are custom-made upon order. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the item:
- Standard 3D prints: 2–5 business days
- Complex prints or electronic assemblies: 5–10 business days
Processing time begins once we receive full payment and confirm all specifications.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- Within India: 2–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and for international shipping, partners like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on service availability and location.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Some products with electronic components may be restricted in certain regions. Please check with local import laws before ordering internationally.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s laws. 3dcrafters is not liable for delays or costs incurred at customs.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution which may include:
- A replacement
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
- Filing a claim with the courier
8. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to change the destination if the order has already moved into production or has shipped.
