Welcome to 3DCrafters. We strive to provide high-quality 3D printed products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Overview

At 3DCrafters, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured on demand using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of these products, our refund and return policies differ from standard retail products.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item has major manufacturing defects

  • The product significantly differs from the approved order specifications

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided

  • Original packaging should be retained whenever possible


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products printed using customer-provided STL/OBJ files

  • Customized name boards or engraved items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Minor layer lines, texture marks, or surface variations inherent to 3D printing

  • Color variations caused by filament manufacturing batches

  • Items approved by the customer before production

As 3D printed products are manufactured layer-by-layer, slight surface marks and print lines are considered normal characteristics of the process.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The delivered item has major defects confirmed by our team

  • The wrong product was shipped and replacement is unavailable

Refund approvals are subject to inspection and verification by 3DCrafters.


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may provide:

  • Free replacement of damaged or defective products

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

  • Reprint of the product

Replacement decisions are based on product condition and issue severity.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production

Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund.

After Production Starts

Once printing or customization has started:

  • Cancellation requests may not be eligible for refund

  • Partial cancellation charges may apply based on work completed

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once approved for production.


7. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Record an unboxing video immediately

  2. Take clear photos of the package and product

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to provide sufficient proof may affect claim approval.


8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.


9. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be required to return the product

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

In cases involving manufacturing defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs may be covered by 3DCrafters.


10. Custom Printing Disclaimer

For custom 3D printing orders:

  • Customers are responsible for verifying uploaded designs and dimensions

  • 3DCrafters is not liable for issues caused by incorrect design files

  • Some complex models may require minor support marks or finishing adjustments

We recommend discussing specifications carefully before production.


11. Quality Expectations

We maintain strict quality standards; however, customers should understand that:

  • FDM 3D printing naturally produces visible layer lines

  • Colors may slightly vary from screen previews

  • Hand-finished products may contain slight variations

These characteristics are part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
