Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made to order based on your specific requirements. This means once production begins, the item is tailored uniquely for you and becomes unusable by us for resale or reuse. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order specifications, or customization dissatisfaction that is not due to a defect or damage.
Order Inspection & Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and a description of the issue.
We will review the case and, if eligible, offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement of the defective part or item.
- A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
- A repair or correction at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Custom-made or personalized items that are not defective.
- Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
- Wear and tear of electronic components through usage.
- Incorrect file submissions or user errors in design.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing or manufacturing your product, and cancellations will not be possible.
