1. Our Services

3dcrafters provides custom 3D printing services and sells 3D printed products using materials such as PLA, ABS, TPU, and PETG. Some items may include assembled electronic components. Each product is manufactured based on your specific order.

2. Custom Orders & Manufacturing

All our products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Your item is manufactured specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold by us.
You are responsible for submitting accurate specifications, models, or customization details.
Minor surface variations and layer lines are natural characteristics of FDM 3D printing and do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupee and are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or payment issues.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this time, production may begin and cancellations may not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within the estimated timelines provided during checkout. However, actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen factors. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you discover any issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

3dcrafters is not liable for:

Any damages caused by the misuse or improper handling of our products.
Functional issues with third-party electronic components.
Errors in user-submitted files or incorrect design specifications.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, and product listings, are the intellectual property of 3dcrafters and may not be used without permission.

If you upload designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to those designs or have permission to use them.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of those changes.
